At JootaPoint.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Must be returned in original shoe box + packaging

All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
To initiate a return, email us at support@jootapoint.pk.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you:

⚠ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective pair
-
The wrong style or size (different from what you ordered)

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and policy reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Sale / discounted items

Gift cards

Used or worn shoes

Customized / special-order items

Accessories (shoe care products, socks, insoles)
If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, feel free to ask us.
Refunds
After your returned item is received and inspected:

We will notify you of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
